How The Program Works

TeensWork is a Canada-wide youth employment program. We provide valuable work experience for teens so they can develop character and see growth in leadership skills. How we do that is by using team work and team-leader coaching to optimize our chocolate product sales. We work as a team and we are rewarded as a team! Our sales locations include high-volume retail stores, banks, and the door steps of our friendly and safe local neighbourhoods. Each student makes one $1 dollar per sale and products are paid for at the end of each day, this way each student can go home with their earnings daily.
